Applications Being Accepted Online

The Housing Authority of the City of Milwaukee (HACM) is accepting online applications for its Housing Choice Voucher Program, commonly known as Section 8. However, Milwaukee County is not currently accepting Section 8 applications. To check the status of an existing Section 8 voucher application, please call 414-286-5678.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must meet certain income and household size requirements to qualify for the program. Income limits are based on the area median income (AMI) for Milwaukee County.
