World Triathlon Championship Series 2024 Schedule
Dates and Locations
The 2024 World Triathlon Championship Series will span eight races across five continents.
The schedule is as follows:
- Yokohama, Japan - May 11-12
- Leeds, United Kingdom - June 8-9
- Hamburg, Germany - July 6-7
- Montreal, Canada - July 20-21
- Edmonton, Canada - July 27-28
- Gold Coast, Australia - September 21-22
- Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates - October 26-27
- Sarasota, Florida, USA - November 9-10
Format
Each race will consist of a 1.5-kilometer swim, a 40-kilometer bike, and a 10-kilometer run.
Athletes will compete for individual medals and points towards the overall World Triathlon Championship Series title.
Qualification
Athletes can qualify for the World Triathlon Championship Series through the following methods:
- By finishing in the top 10 in the previous year's World Triathlon Championship Series
- By winning a Continental Cup race
- By receiving a wild card invitation from the World Triathlon Executive Board
