Scotland international Ryan Porteous is on the verge of joining Watford after the two clubs reached an agreement on a transfer fee. The 24-year-old center-back has been a key player for Hibernian, but he is now set to make the move to the English Championship side.
Porteous Expected in London for Medical
Porteous is expected to travel to London on Friday to undergo a medical and complete the deal. The fee is believed to be in the region of £250m, which would represent a significant profit for Hibs, who signed Porteous from Livingston for just £500,000 in 2017.
